Die Eierfärbung war dieses Mal sehr schnell und überzeugend: Naturfarben in fünf Tüten verteilt, (braune) Eier rein, 8 Minuten kochen und nach dem Abkühlen der Eier diese mit duftendem Bio-Kokosfett einreiben. | To dye the eggs was quite simple and fast this year: just place water and the natural dye in different bags, boils for eight minutes and after cooling 'varnish' the eggs with organic coconut fat.

Ich mag diese dezenten Farben. | I really like those natural colors.

Zum Nachtisch gab es eine Aroma-Joghurtspeise mit aufgetauten Beeren: einfach 600 g griechischen (fetten) Joghurt mit etwas Agavensirup und 2 Tr. Limettenöl sowie 10 Tr. Vanilleessenz vermischen, einen Teil der Beeren unterrühren, den Rest oben als Ring dekorieren. | Our desert was aromatic: just mix one and a half pounds of greek (fullfat) joghurt with some maple or agave syrup, add 2 drops of lime essential oil and 10 drops of organic vanilla essence, stir in two thirds of the berries and decorate with the rest. really delicious and only takes 3 minute to prepare.

Ich werde nach zehn Jahren hier im Ort als "Einheimische" gehandelt. Außer lesen und futtern geht im Moment nicht, es herrscht grau-kalt-nass-stürmisches unwirtliches Wetter. | After ten years of living in our village I am considered as a local, wow!
