wien | vienna

| Soon after arriving in Vienna I had to teach in this handsome building, it is the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences.

Passend zum Thema Aromatherapie blühen viele Kräuter. | As if to illustrate our subject aromatherapy many herbs are in full flower.

| Saint John's Wort was celebrated a few days ago.

| After many hours of theory we produced some 'delicious' things for bath and beauty like those fizzy bath melts of cocoa butter.

| We also went to see some special aromatic plants in the Botanical Garden.

| Who is watching us? It is the bark of Abies concolor, a Californian pine species.

| After my work I said 'no thanks, I don't want any calories' as it was very hot and just strolled past the famous Café Sacher.

| I could also resist the sugary delicacies of famous Café Demel. You New Yorkers out there can soon enjoy those gorgeous calorie bombs.

| So I just enjoy the pretty houses built during the Art Nouveau decades.

| Like this museum which was and is used for exhibition of artist from the group named Secession.
